ABOUT
Dave Arter has dedicated the last 20 years of his life to hair. He specializes in cutting and colouring hair, in particular balayage/ombre, highlights/babylights, bobs/lobs, mid-length and long hair cuts. Dave has worked alongside many of the top stylist in Victoria and Vancouver BC and spent countless hours honing his craft. His work speaks for itself.
